My storage unit at safe nest is clean and area is kept clean and free of debris. Special shout-out toMs. Jessica and Mr. Ryan who went above and beyond to help me with me o gaining storage unit. Definitely recommend their business.
Can’t cancel my unit! I have called 4 times and emailed multiple times in the last 2 weeks and cannot get a single call back. While the customer service team is helpful, they say it on the manager who will not answer. Will be filing a BBB claim since I’m at a loss of what else to do.
Very very nice people, extremely understanding when I had to pay alittle late, due to money issues. They didn’t hassle me or give me a hard time, they gave the courtesy “reminder calls” simply because it’s required for them to by their company, but it wasn’t relentless by no means. I appreciate a business who seems to have heart and empathizes with their customers. I would recommend this storage business to any body I know, which says a lot because I’ve used many.
Needed a couple parking spaces for trailers but one of the spots I chose made it tough to remove the trailer from the hitch. The manager had no issues allowing me to find a more suitable spot and switched everything over. When initially setting up, I had the audacity to arrive 10 minutes before closing but Brie was super friendly and helpful. We were done in time for Brie to close on time. Brie's customer service is everything!
The woman working the front desk was extremely nice and very knowledgeable when I went to pick up my u haul. Thankfully she recommended the insurance to me as we had a bit of a storm and a large branch hit the truck causing a small amount of damage but we didn't have to do pay anything extra and it was all resolved when truck was turned in. Would use again if I needed another uhaul.
