This place is so unprofessional. My husband booked and was charged almost $100 on a SUNDAY in order to drop off our camper the next day. (Monday) No one could find the “property manager” for HOURS. Just no where to be found. Absolutely ridiculous. Seems like someone doesn’t want to be at work. ALSO! The representatives you call are quick to take your money BUT CANT REFUND YOU! Nice facility, but recently under new management and it is hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Been here 1 year and rate has increased twice since new management. Update- adding stars due to finally getting in contact with facility. They have addressed my issues and are helping to take care of it. Great storage. My items were in storage for a few years only found 1 small bug and cob webs. Only thing is when I was up there the website said they were open and the weren't open.
