This place is so unprofessional. My husband booked and was charged almost $100 on a SUNDAY in order to drop off our camper the next day. (Monday) No one could find the “property manager” for HOURS. Just no where to be found. Absolutely ridiculous. Seems like someone doesn’t want to be at work. ALSO! The representatives you call are quick to take your money BUT CANT REFUND YOU! Nice facility, but recently under new management and it is hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Been here 1 year and rate has increased twice since new management. Update- adding stars due to finally getting in contact with facility. They have addressed my issues and are helping to take care of it. I have been a customer for 2 yrs or more. Since it's been under new management my rate has been raised 2x in 1 yr. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a rip off the increases range from $50 to $60 each time making it difficult to afford the rentals. I attempt to talk to office they moved me to a smaller unit and what do you know that unit increased 3 months after I moved in. Don't rent from place that is all I can say!
Great storage. My items were in storage for a few years only found 1 small bug and cob webs. Only thing is when I was up there the website said they were open and the weren't open.
This is not the closest storgae ro me but I scored a great deal and customer service has been great explaining the details amd offering option just in case
