I’ve had an excellent experience as a customer at Extra Space Storage at River Highway, in Mooresville, NC. The storage units are secure and easy to access. The new phone app makes account access easy. Also the manager and staff are especially helpful and courteous.
Lashonda was extremely professional and bubbly. I loved working with her! She made the process so easy and fun. She deserves a comfortable chair and a raise if you ask me. 👍👍

Jasmine made it so easy to convert from safe nest to extra space storage.. She was so very friendly, tno rushing, helped me with every question I had & lowered my price a bit with a senior citizen discount!!
Nice facility, but recently under new management and it is hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Been here 1 year and rate has increased twice since new management. Update- adding stars due to finally getting in contact with facility. They have addressed my issues and are helping to take care of it.
