I showed up to the Huntersville location during office hours to get my lock and documentation complete and no one was there. I called the phone number and they told me no one was coming to that location today, they would give the district manager my number and didn’t give any other options. I drove to another location 20 minutes away to hopefully get help. The location was remote, so we called again, cancelled our original lease and resigned at the new location.
