My Camper was broken into at the beginning of January. Janay from Safenest submitted my claim to their insurance company WK Webster for reimbursement. I've tried to contact WK Webster over 40 times to get the status of my claim but no one has ever reached back to my. Now when I log on to the claim site it states that there is no claim. I have since moved my camper because safenest restructured my rent from $54 to $139.
