I stored my RV at this facility. I loved the location because it was close to my house and the highway. The only reason we left is because we were unable to get a pull-through spot. Friendly staff. Never had any problems with management.
The representatives of this company were very kind and courteous. They took plenty of time to welcome me and explain my options. I am going through a nasty divorce, so their kindness and speedy reply made a bad situation much less so. Thank you guys!
I had my account hacked and have tried calling everyone that I had a revolving payment with and I called and spoke to Becky and she was easy to help me get back on track. She was so nice to speak and deal with. Thank you Becky 😊
This place used to be a great privately owned storage lot. Now it’s traded corporate hands twice. The latest I showed up after having my trailer repaired to find me code not working. The property manager (if you would call him that)….let me in to take my trailer to find another vehicle in my spot with all my locks and wheel stops gone. They had no recollection of me being a customer despite never missing a payment. They offered no support or “hey we will figure this out park your trailer here for the day”.
