Regis has made my first time using a public storage seamless! He has answered all questions, made accommodations, and been extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this location.
This place used to be a great privately owned storage lot. Now it’s traded corporate hands twice. The latest I showed up after having my trailer repaired to find me code not working. The property manager (if you would call him that)….let me in to take my trailer to find another vehicle in my spot with all my locks and wheel stops gone. They had no recollection of me being a customer despite never missing a payment. They offered no support or “hey we will figure this out park your trailer here for the day”. Had the pleasure of working with Regis today. Recently reserved a spot online, headed in to find out it was already taken and probably just not updated yet. Regis worked with me driving me around the lot finding a slightly smaller spot that worked out great. Thank you again Regis. Give this man a raise!
We were customers for years, new management came in: 1. Increased unit rent from $90/mo to over $160/mo 2. Added a mandatory flat rate monthly "insurance" charge for each unit which is just a money grab - I haven't seen the terms or holder of the coverage. 3. They removed all of the keyed locking knobs for indoor unit hallways - reduced security 4. They started leaving the front gate wide open during daytime hours where the previous management had code entry assigned for each unit tenant and 24/7 access (so they could monit... read more
