The representatives of this company were very kind and courteous. They took plenty of time to welcome me and explain my options. I am going through a nasty divorce, so their kindness and speedy reply made a bad situation much less so. Thank you guys!
We were customers for years, new management came in: 1. Increased unit rent from $90/mo to over $160/mo 2. Added a mandatory flat rate monthly "insurance" charge for each unit which is just a money grab - I haven't seen the terms or holder of the coverage. 3. They removed all of the keyed locking knobs for indoor unit hallways - reduced security 4. This location is very convenient to my house but the gate has been open 24/7 for over 2 months. No date to get it fixed. I would not use this location. Very poor security. Update: During the time the security gate was nonfunctional my unit was broken into. The lock was cut off. Tv, ps5, sound bar were stolen. Boxes were upended and contents spilled. Not sure what all was taken or broken. Update 2: my rent went from $34.50 to $172. DO NOT rent from this company at any location. How do they stay in business?
Avoid this facility. I was supposed to be issued a refund check over a month ago and it never arrived. I’ve sent a couple emails about it and never heard back from management. There are several other facilities nearby that provide better facilities for a better price.
As others have mentioned, long-term renter and everything has changed. The gate to the place has been open for over a month since it has been broken and there does not appear to be any rush to get it fixed. My bill is wrong every month and prices are over doubling.
