This is for the Asheville location on Roberts Rd. Tried many times to speak with someone to get a larger climate control unit, no response ever so we found another place. We terminated lease, spoke with 2 different customer service reps and left a voicemail, also sent an email that we were doing so. Still being invoiced and never saw a credit on our bill last month for hurricane relief. I signed a lease with them last week. I went to move in Monday with a full moving truck. Office was closed during OFFICE HOURS. I was unable to move in and had to go elsewhere to get a storage unit I could move into. Spoke with two customers in the parking lot who said office is regularly closed during office hours. I have been trying to get someone to call me back to no avail. Office is closed again today, Tuesday. This location is obviously in some sort of turmoil. The management is top rated and we love the place although a recent announcement of a 90% increase in rental fees makes staying here impossible paying forward as there is little wiggle room for future increases also! This is a hard hit area from Helene and Safe Nest corporate is not impacted out in Las Vagas. We appreciate the discounts, but now the increase will cost Safe Nest 10's of thousands as 10 people a week will vacate rentals just in Jan. Affordable, simple purchase and reservation process. I only am giving 4 stars because the online support team called and emailed me non-stop. That's my only negative. But, I appreciate the price and quick in person service.
