Have had a very good experience with this facility. The staff are professional and courteous. My interactions have been with Lisa and John; however, most of my interactions have been with John. He has been proactive and very responsive to my needs and questions. All my expectations have been met and exceeded.
I have had the pleasure to work with Johnny at extra space storage for the past six months and he is one of the best customer service managers that I have ever worked with! He is excellent with follow up, he goes beyond what’s asked of him to make sure that his customers are happy, and he keeps the facility sparkling clean. I will refer him to my family and friends!
I’m super grateful for this Extra Space storage location. They are amazing with customer service and the manager, Johnny Sharp, has always been incredibly helpful any time I’ve needed assistance or had any questions. They truly care here and when hurricane Helene happened, my unit was completely safe from the flooding because they are already high up being right off of and above the highway and then up a little hill which was a huge relief. I couldn’t have picked a better space for storing my belongings.
