I have had the pleasure to work with Johnny at extra space storage for the past six months and he is one of the best customer service managers that I have ever worked with! He is excellent with follow up, he goes beyond what’s asked of him to make sure that his customers are happy, and he keeps the facility sparkling clean. I will refer him to my family and friends!
The manager Johnny Sharp was awesome… we were moving stuff out and he gave us cold waters, dosnt seem like much but we appreciated it so much. He always made us feel welcome there.
