My experience at was great. It was easy to set up online. It was easy to get in and out. I love the loading bays and the units are very clean. The front office manager was extremely nice and she was accommodating even when we needed to make a last-minute change. I would highly recommend this unit.
Had a small concern about my monthly costs and brought it to my site person (Julie's) attention. Within the hour, she was able to handle the situation beautifully and contacted me immediately with the great news... She was wonderfully, polite, respectful and handling my concerns with great care. I love this place!!!
Very clean, and nice place. Staff is very helpful, and everything was setup. Contactless service, carts to help move in or out at each door. Very nice loading bays.
Franco is the best! Moving in was very easy because he helped us at every step of the way—from showing us where the moving carts are, to where our unit was, to showing us how the open the door. He even let us choose what lock we wanted! He answered all of our questions and made a confusing process pain-free and easy to understand! 10/10 service! -Sean and Eliot
Franco are so nice, he was incredibly friendly and had a warm attitude. He worked very diligently and was extremely kind. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to others.
