This place is pretty slick. I was able to sign up on line and pick my unit. They sent the passcode on the start date and I was able to access the loading dock and easily find my spot. They had three carts for moving items plus a bathroom in the loading area, which was super clean.
Franco was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing our storage unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. The facility was conveniently located and very clean.
My experience at was great. It was easy to set up online. It was easy to get in and out. I love the loading bays and the units are very clean. The front office manager was extremely nice and she was accommodating even when we needed to make a last-minute change. I would highly recommend this unit.
The new Yard Drive facility in Verona has a variety of sizes for individual indoor climate controlled storage with easy access enclosed bays for loading/unloading in any type of weather. This well-lit site has clean public restrooms on site, an elevator & wheeled carts for free use. It also has a staffed office with locks & moving/storage supplies for purchase. Very clean, and nice place. Staff is very helpful, and everything was setup. Contactless service, carts to help move in or out at each door. Very nice loading bays.
