My experience at was great. It was easy to set up online. It was easy to get in and out. I love the loading bays and the units are very clean. The front office manager was extremely nice and she was accommodating even when we needed to make a last-minute change. I would highly recommend this unit.

The new Yard Drive facility in Verona has a variety of sizes for individual indoor climate controlled storage with easy access enclosed bays for loading/unloading in any type of weather. This well-lit site has clean public restrooms on site, an elevator & wheeled carts for free use. It also has a staffed office with locks & moving/storage supplies for purchase. Very clean, and nice place. Staff is very helpful, and everything was setup. Contactless service, carts to help move in or out at each door. Very nice loading bays.
I was concerned about the price being raised at my unit so quickly after signing up, and Franco helped me reduce the price to a number I could work with. I really appreciated his patience, attitude, and assistance.
