I found Extra Space Storage to be very competitive. Although, price isn't everything. I assure you!! I found the staff, such as the manager at 1619 McVilla Ave Apopka, FL location, extremely pleasant and accommodating. And, the young lady who called me after I reserved a space was extraordinary, professional, and knowledgeable; answered my questions with confidence and vigor. The store manager Miss Q is the epitomy of what customer service should be! Bravo!. We were going around to several storage facilities near by, but after meeting with Miss Q we were sold. She explained to us about the facilities and what it offers and the benefits of using extra space storage , after listening and touring with her, we were sold. This experience was beyond phenomenal!! From my first greeting from Mrs. Q to leaving with keys to my new, clean storage unit today, I have been blown away. No one thinks about the relationship with their storage facility reps but Mrs Q has made me feel like family! Her calm nature, dedication to customer satisfaction and notable knowledge has really made this an experience to share and refer to others. Extra Space, you did the BIG one by having Mrs Q on board. I think it's time for a raise...hint, hint.
Miss Q was excellent. She helped me understand the whole process. She took the time to write down information and explain what needed to be fonw without reservation or prompting. She is a doll. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
I love that I am the 1st person for the new extra space storage. It’s so very nice and clean. Very close and easy to use the doors and elevator. Plus it’s really nice and cold on the floor where my unit is at.
