From the initial tour to move in day, Miss Q indulged all our questions and was quick to assist when needed. Every interaction I've had with her has been top-notch. The brand new facility is immaculate and has the most reasonable rates in the area. Take advantage of the special rates while they last. I feel assured that my belongings will remain safe and recommend the app for easy entry.
The store manager Miss Q is the epitomy of what customer service should be! Bravo!. We were going around to several storage facilities near by, but after meeting with Miss Q we were sold. She explained to us about the facilities and what it offers and the benefits of using extra space storage , after listening and touring with her, we were sold. I love that I am the 1st person for the new extra space storage. It’s so very nice and clean. Very close and easy to use the doors and elevator. Plus it’s really nice and cold on the floor where my unit is at.
Miss Q was excellent. She helped me understand the whole process. She took the time to write down information and explain what needed to be fonw without reservation or prompting. She is a doll. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
This experience was beyond phenomenal!! From my first greeting from Mrs. Q to leaving with keys to my new, clean storage unit today, I have been blown away. No one thinks about the relationship with their storage facility reps but Mrs Q has made me feel like family! Her calm nature, dedication to customer satisfaction and notable knowledge has really made this an experience to share and refer to others. Extra Space, you did the BIG one by having Mrs Q on board. I think it's time for a raise...hint, hint.
