This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and I have to say that I'm very impressed. The facilities are very clean and all the doors and gates work properly. When it comes to customer service, Miss Q goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken cared of. I ran into a situation and Miss Q took care of it right away. She is very kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for storage.

I found Extra Space Storage to be very competitive. Although, price isn't everything. I assure you!! I found the staff, such as the manager at 1619 McVilla Ave Apopka, FL location, extremely pleasant and accommodating. And, the young lady who called me after I reserved a space was extraordinary, professional, and knowledgeable; answered my questions with confidence and vigor. From the initial tour to move in day, Miss Q indulged all our questions and was quick to assist when needed. Every interaction I've had with her has been top-notch. The brand new facility is immaculate and has the most reasonable rates in the area. Take advantage of the special rates while they last. I feel assured that my belongings will remain safe and recommend the app for easy entry.

Miss Q is greatly appreciated! Customer service at its best to say the least. I rented with a few other companies before and I wish I would’ve ran into her years ago. I move around storages sometimes to get the best deal and good quality service. You know the kind service where don’t feel like I was cheated in some kind of way! The store manager Miss Q is the epitomy of what customer service should be! Bravo!. We were going around to several storage facilities near by, but after meeting with Miss Q we were sold.
