The store manager Miss Q is the epitomy of what customer service should be! Bravo!. We were going around to several storage facilities near by, but after meeting with Miss Q we were sold. She explained to us about the facilities and what it offers and the benefits of using extra space storage , after listening and touring with her, we were sold. This experience was beyond phenomenal!! From my first greeting from Mrs. Q to leaving with keys to my new, clean storage unit today, I have been blown away. No one thinks about the relationship with their storage facility reps but Mrs Q has made me feel like family! Her calm nature, dedication to customer satisfaction and notable knowledge has really made this an experience to share and refer to others. Extra Space, you did the BIG one by having Mrs Q on board. I think it's time for a raise...hint, hint.
This was such a positive experience with renting my storage unit! The ease of getting signed up and the professionalism from Ms. Q was top notch. Since it is new, the building is super clean and well kept. I am so glad that I came here for my storage needs!
I signed up for a 10×15 unit, thinking I was going to get 1 open unit with 1 door. Instead, I was givin 2 smaller "multi door" units that equate to the same size of 1, 10×15 unit. I feel a bit mislead, but it still gets the job done. Luckily, I don't have any wide objects that I need yo store, because this set up would've worked. Other than that the service is fine.
I was blown away by the level of customer service that Miss Q. wholeheartedly provided to me! She contacted me as a courtesy call and welcomed me to their business. Also, she patiently answered all my questions and was very informative. SHE IS TRULY AN ASSET to this company! Thanks for an outstanding job at making me feel welcomed!
