Issac was great. I transferred from a large 10x20 unit to a smaller 10x10 unit. I didn't need all of the space. Got it all the paper work taken care of in about half an hour and began transferring my stuff to the new unit immediately after. He gave me an extra day to get it all transferred and i ended up saving $180 a month. Very friendly and professional. Thank you very much!!!
Extra Space Storage is fantastic. After finding them on Google Maps and making a quick reservation on their website, I received a call just about 30 minutes later from Isaac, the property manager. He took my information and had me completely set up to get my lock and move in within the hour. The entire process was incredibly fast and efficient—I was so impressed with how easy it was. I would highly recommend them!
I've had two negative experiences with extra space storage related to shady pricing. At the first location, they changed my rate by $90 after only being in the unit for 3 months and then I moved to a different independent location to resolve. Then within two months, extra space acquired them, and after being told at signing that the rate would not increase for at least 6 months, it almost doubled after only 4 months. Excellent Service and Support! I’ve been renting at this location since it was Watson & Taylor and always appreciated the team back then. I was initially hesitant about the transition, but the new management has been fantastic. Isaac, the current manager, is incredibly kind, professional, and went out of his way to make the switch seamless. I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue storing here!
Issac the manager is super nice and accommodating. Made the whole process quick and easy and was happy to answer my many questions beforehand. Highly recommend Isaac and extra space if you need a storage unit in Austin!
