I couldn’t be happier with my decision to store at Watson and Taylor Storage! This is a fantastic place to keep your belongings safe, and I’ve had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the manager, Ben—he is hands down one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really make a difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage!
Ben and the other lady (sorry! I dont remember her name) at the front made it extremely easy and smooth to move in. I left a big brand storage to come here as it was closer to home plus the previous place was getting out of control. Would definitely recommend Watson & Taylor! I already recommended to a family member and they went ahead and switched over to Watson & Taylor also. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful and responsive to your needs.
What a fantastic experience! I love just down the hill from this location and when I called, Ben could not have been more helpful. He was patient in answering all of my questions, had the best rates around and provided top knotch service from beginning to end! I met Josie when I came in to do paperwork and she was a delight! So kind and helpful! I am so glad I found Watson and Taylor!
Watson & Taylor is a wonderful self storage facility with wonderful staff ready to accommodate you however you need. I Also was able rent a last minute, on site, U-Haul on moving day! If I need another storage facility in the future this will be my first pick!
Perfect customer service! Rosie helped me in every way possible, and was extremely friendly. Highly recommend this location, and will be a frequent customer going forward. A+++ all around.
