The move in process was quick and the manager Ralph was kind and, even though it was around half an hour after office hours, he still went out of his way to personally show us the storage unit and explain how everything worked. It is nice to have a responsive manager on hand to address any issues should they come up, and he seems to really care about security as well. Their website was easy to maneuver, and the information provided was clear, making the selection of my unit a breeze. I happened upon Steelcreek Storage on my way to another Storage facility, so I quickly googled the property information and stopped by. I needed to rent a unit and begin moving things ASAP. This is a great storage facility, very clean, and continually making improvements. Ralph is a huge help whenever I need something. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and acted on quickly. If the interior of your unit is impacted, they video the work from opening door to closing it, though no issues at all the one time my unit needed something inside. The availability of a climate controlled unit with direct exterior access seems unique to this facility. Will use this facility as long as I need a storage unit.
