I walked into Extra space storage and Thomas was helpful and able to lock in a storage unit, provide a tour and offer me different insurance options. The facility is easy to access and clean which meets my requirements. They have climate controlled options as well and matched the web rate. Very good customer service!
I am very impressed with the managers Juan & Rosie they are very knowledgeable helpful and attentive with the customer. Top notch customer service it was an in and out experience. Their referral program is awesome I highly recommend you come and rent with Watson & Taylor. I’d like to also add that the property is clean and they have the best security system in the area.
Very friendly service. I needed a hand truck to help me in a move. I called Watson and Taylor to inquire and spoke with Juan, property sales manager. He was really nice and helpful. He had the hand truck ready for me when I arrived. When I returned the hand truck, Rosie, the associate sales manager, was busy with another customer but quickly acknowledged me and received the hand truck. It made such a tedious task pleasant. Thank you for the assistance and kindness!

They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their positive attitudes and dedication to great customer service. Highly recommend this place!
Watson and Taylor storage has an amazing customer service team. Friendly and courteous and enjoy going out of their way to assist with any of the extras you may need for the rental. The rental price is also reasonably well charged. This location will be highly appreciated and recommended to others and my future rental needs.
