I walked into Extra space storage and Thomas was helpful and able to lock in a storage unit, provide a tour and offer me different insurance options. The facility is easy to access and clean which meets my requirements. They have climate controlled options as well and matched the web rate. Very good customer service!
Very friendly service. I needed a hand truck to help me in a move. I called Watson and Taylor to inquire and spoke with Juan, property sales manager. He was really nice and helpful. He had the hand truck ready for me when I arrived. When I returned the hand truck, Rosie, the associate sales manager, was busy with another customer but quickly acknowledged me and received the hand truck. It made such a tedious task pleasant. Thank you for the assistance and kindness!
I am very impressed with the managers Juan & Rosie they are very knowledgeable helpful and attentive with the customer. Top notch customer service it was an in and out experience. Their referral program is awesome I highly recommend you come and rent with Watson & Taylor. I’d like to also add that the property is clean and they have the best security system in the area.
Juan and Rosie are fantastic. Move in was easy. We got a rental truck from them too and it was great. Juan helped me out in a big way as well with shifting my storage unit to a bigger one as well.
Rosie is amazing and really helpful. Truly appreciate her. I had a bad experience at a different U-Haul off of SoCo and they tried to charge me for an extra day of not even having a truck! She gave me a number to call for potential refund and I was able to get another truck from this location at the later date I needed. 5/5 great service
