BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!! This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a storage unit. Since day 1 unit number assigned at the facility was not the same one on the contract. After they were made aware of this they neglected to change the unit number and said it was not a big deal. 3 months in my unit was taken over by them with a red lock for over a month without any notice. Due to employees not turning off gate codes when they knew that other renters were giving out the codes and after knowing the other renters were living in their units and finally simply not paying attention allowing my storage unit to be burglarized, they have now doubled my rent for my storage unit. They also shortened their hours so I am no longer able to access my things later in the evening when I actually have time to deal with the things I have in storage. SAVE YOURSELF and go elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service, you'll see trash around the units, the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Then to top it they "don't issue refunds, it's a month to month thing". I have NEVER rented a storage where a refund isn't issued but is sure to charge a prorated fee. When I moved it the facility was owned by cube storage and I was very happy with them and had been with them for years. Now that this facility is managed by this company I had nothing but headaches. Been at this location for a very long time before it was extra space. Seen various changes in service and different companies. The crew here is very nice. Unfortunately the rates are no longer within my budget. Christos made my move out super smooth. Thank you so much! Gonna miss this space. Maybe itll work for you.
