Never experienced Extra space before until now. They are understanding and motivated to work with you in any situation. They figure out problems you have and are very kind people on the office. I spoke woth Debbie and a couple of time over the phone and she was so understanding and have very good customer service over the phone.. Highly recommend it here...
I had let the staff know that I cleared and cleaned my unit out a month before and because the younger lady I talked to didn’t put it in the notes they sent my empty unit to auction trying to charge me almost $400 for a unit I haven’t had in over 2 months. Left the big wood thing that was in my unit they refused to remove when we got the unit . Also while there , there were a lot of break ins , theft or damage to units. A lot of activity always. Front staff wasn’t the nicest. Sad they switched to extra space.
Customer service was great! They helped me honor the price they quoted me a month ago. They made it so easy to sign up and get my storage unit setup. The staff were so nice and kind I would highly recommend this place!
I met Ariana when looking for storage for my house hold items and a vehicle. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. If you need storage. I would recommend finding her for help.
The service is above and beyond with Tony and Ariel ( I believe that's their names). I needed a 10x10 to store my our motorcycles and the little bit of stuff we have in our U Haul storeage up the street from this location. Not only did they get me a better price on a unit when I ran into a small problem with the first unit they made sure to get me what I need same day and price.
