I met Ariana when looking for storage for my house hold items and a vehicle. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. If you need storage. I would recommend finding her for help.
The service is above and beyond with Tony and Ariel ( I believe that's their names). I needed a 10x10 to store my our motorcycles and the little bit of stuff we have in our U Haul storeage up the street from this location. Not only did they get me a better price on a unit when I ran into a small problem with the first unit they made sure to get me what I need same day and price. Super convenient for the last few years! The staff is always nice and helpful. We moved out of our unit a few days after paying for a full month, and they did not give us a prorated refund for the 23 days we did not get to use the space. Not a huge deal since our unit is inexpensive - but this would not be great if you have a larger unit. Just something to keep in mind and be aware of!
Fantastic service. He allowed me to vent. Next, he said, "Let me see what all I can do for you.. He addressed all my issues and fixed the problem. Very calm, cool-headed guy.
Ariana and Tony were extremely helpful in getting me set up on my new unit. They answered all of my questions and made the set up very simple. Seems like a clean, secure location!
