Been with them six months and it’s smooth sailing so far. Had to switch from a smaller unit to larger and it was an easy transaction.

update - apparently they sold the place and the new owners just leave the security gate wide open for days at a time. Bad enough they have no lights at night and no security cameras but now the gate is wide open. I will be taking my stuff out of here. Not even a "heads up" from cube smart. My experience with Extra Space is limited because they bought out the previous facility I was using. But the transition was smooth and I have no complaints.

This used to be a cubesmart. Extra space storage bought it and increased my rental price by 62%. Guess I'm moving all my stuff, again.

Dave was incredibly polite and helpful! He made the whole process of getting a new storage unit so fast and easy!! He showed us the unit before we made a decision and he was really knowledgeable about the climate conditions of the unit so we knew exactly how our items in there would fair! Couldn't be more pleased with our experience!
