This started off very well. It was very simple and easy to register online, make payment however there were a few things on the final online signup bill that wasn't what was advertised. 1. $20 for a lock. I Have a lock. a disc type storage facility lock. Speaking to the person online they said that when the office opens bring the cylinder lock that was provided for me in my unit and they will credit my account $20 I was happy to hear that. The guy who helped me out, Andre, was professional, organized and thorough in his work. Andre answered all my questions professionally and pleasantly. This is a well managed and an extremely well run facility. The prices are very decent, the place is clean, and it's barely any distance from the parking lot up to the units
1) Clean, 2) Accessible, 3) Mgmt/friendly and on site, 4) Covered parking, 5) Restrooms during business hours. 6) Reasonable price, 7) Client controlled lighting, 8) Three close/fast elevators.
Salvador was so polite and helpful! The units are clean and new, with plenty of covered parking by the front doors. We came on a rainy day and all of our things stayed dry as we unloaded them. Really nice facility!
Manager is terrible. I still have storage units that I pay for at this location that are well over $225/month, and I plan on closing them ASAP. I just closed one of my other storage units. I was told by that manager the area/territory manager would call me- never did. If that's not bad enough, on B2 there's seems to be homeless people living on that floor. Avoid.
