Literally the worst! They had a flood this summer. They emailed out instructions to come and inspect your unit for damage and remove items that needed. I drove to Austin to inspect and took damaged items with me. Upon my return two months later, found the lock changed on my unit without my permission. They threw away or so they say threw away, $4400 worth of completely fine items without any notification or follow up and more importantly without permission. F this place. they will literally steal your money. Don't ever give these guys auto pay or and bank info. Also their units have months and other shit and all your stuff will get ruined.

Never store your stuff at this place. These people are terrible. I had a credit card on file, but instead of charging it they assessed me 3 late fees and a Pre-Foreclosure Fee of $120. I made a payment on June 1st and by July 10th they charged me $160 in total fees. I called to talk to them and they were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I really am surprised no one has written a review here. I'm a bit lazy and don't really enjoy moving things so I've remained here but I do believe the way the rates move around randomly for this facility is a bit peculiar. They claim it's do to demand that my rate doubled yes up 200% not because of a special but demand and I walk around just my floor of the facility and see empty units.
