If you enjoy working with people that routinely lie to you with a straight face, this place is perfect for you. I had repeatedly asked them to replace/repair the light outside my unit for 6 months and finally had to track down the regional manager on LinkedIn to get something done about it. The last straw was that for the last 2 months, there are no carts. When asked, they said they are all being used. That's weird, since it's never been an issue before. I moved in with CubeSmart storage, and they changed last summer to Extra Space. After a few months honoring my old rate, they doubled my rent. I will be moving my belongings out. I would avoid this place. Follow Up: I did call the office and was offered a lower increase (still an increase of course), but she refused to credit me for the two months I paid double. So you charged me double. I think what you are doing is awful and you should be ashamed. Again, I would avoid Extra Space Storage. They simply do no care.

Very unruly management. I will sue for wrongfully locked out. They make up rules and brake lease terms. You as a customer can't violate the rules but they seem to think they can brake the rules. I will see yall in court 😀 Do not rent here. They brake into units and say it was an accident. They also charge a 30 dollar administration fee. For what?! Admin?!?! They want to charge you extra for doing their job.

Stay away from this place. All the other reviews are brand new customers and don’t realize how aggressive they raise prices after you move in. My rent has now increased 114% (3 different increases) in less than 2 years. I would advise staying away from this company altogether given their pricing tactics.
