I am very pleased that I found this new Extra Space Storage at 9910 Franklin Square Dr. in Rosedale. It was easy to find a storage unit that fit my belongings because Chris Edgar quickly figured out the space needed after a brief discussion. He explained how the locks work, how to get in the building, and other important information. He helped me get my items in over the bumps getting in. Very thoughtful of him. Chris made the process of "signing the paper work" very simple, quick and clear. Done!! Thank you, Chris.
This location is new and incredibly clean - one of the best storage facilities I’ve seen! Chris, the manager, is outstanding. He’s very helpful, accommodating, and always willing to answer any questions you have. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Another great bonus: they offer awesome discounts on every unit, which made choosing this place even easier. If you’re looking for reliable, clean, and affordable storage with top-notch customer service, this is it!
I love Extra Space Storage! I have had multiple units with them and the facilities are always clean, cool, and accessible. However, at this location, Jennifer provided superb customer service. She made the process quick and painless to the point I was complete my entire purchasing process in less than 15 minutes, and that included going to view the unit. I’ll always store here and recommend it to friends/family!
Great experience at this new Extra Space Storage location! Chris, the store manager, was very helpful and welcoming. He assisted me with upgrading to a larger unit and made the move-in process smooth. The facility is clean, well-lit (even at night), has plenty of parking, and access until 10pm. Prices are unbeatable right now! The only downside is the small elevator, but they’re installing a new one soon—and it’s not a concern if you’re on the first floor. Highly recommend!
Needed to move my storage unit after receiving notice at my previous place that they were raising my rate 120%. Chris took great care of us and got us into a better unit on the ground floor at an amazing price! Property is nice and clean and the digital entrance access is super cool! Thank you again Chris!
