We were having a very stressful move. Both Miguel and Timothy were awesome to work with because they anticipated what we would need and what questions we had as new renters. Those two were the bright spot of our moving day! The facility is clean, has plenty of elevators, and restrooms on each floor. It is very easy to book online.
Timothy Petty has helped us here, and is the best! We have rented a few units for a move and this facility is clean, temp controlled, it’s safe to get in and out, and is new. Easy to get to units with plenty of carts and elevators that work! I’d give more stars if I could. It’s my first experience renting units and it’s been so easy.
Just recently moved into Extra Space Storage which was the best part of our move, thanks to Miguel & Timothy. They both went above & beyond to make moving a pleasure! New, extremely clean and well organized, but thanks to Miguel & Timothy for their help, they turned a stressful day of moving to a seamless and pleasurable experience thanks to their help!
Highly recommend this location. It's clean, safe, and has easy access to units. Miguel went above and beyond to show us how the gate and elevator worked as well as making sure we found our unit and that it would be a good size for us.
Timothy is a class act! I went to a few different locations. One of the reasons that I chose this location is because Timothy went above and beyond to make sure to help me. From the initial phone call and visit to the signing of lease, walk through, Timothy was patient and answered all of my questions. Pretty sure he stayed late to get me all set up. Highly recommend. A+ customer service.
