Yesterday I signed my new lease with Extra Space. I won't lie I was nervous when I was told about new ownership coming in but Lindy eased my worries and made the transition absolutely seamless. Love her welcoming and easy going personality. Looking forward to seeing Extra Space grow and flourish with this property.
By far the best facility I have ever worked with. Brittany at the front desk is a life saver!!! While I was out of town on business, my ex-wife had gone in and tried to gain access of my unit with false documents. Brittany had the foresight and unwavering intelligence to know that something was wrong. And after contacting me, my property was safe and secure. Highly recommend Storage Sense.
I’ve had a unit here now for a few years and it’s really nice. The air conditioning being on 24/7 helps give us peace of mind that our storage is in good shape. Ask for Kevin
From day 1 I've enjoyed the cleanliness, staff. They keep the place spic and span. I know I put my lock on and it fell off they called to make sure I knew it wasn't on there. They are very observant. They want to make sure all peoples is kept safe. I would utilize them again if I needed them. Oh and they had a wonderful promotion at the time. 2 months for $79 for both months. Highly recommended.
Facility seems really clean and staff is very helpful. Brittany was helping me decide on the correct size unit and asked if I needed any packing supplies or a lock to purchase. Also was told about the 1st month free storage. Pricing is competitive for the area.
