The team at Downtown Storage has been great. I've been storing some things there for the last eight months, and they have always been kind, efficient, and actually offered to help me lift some items if I needed it. Super cool, I would definitely recommend. And they also have large elevators, restrooms, and awesome dollies that you can use that make moving so much easier.
This place is awesome not only is it clean In climate controlled, You can’t ask for better staff. These people were so helpful and inviting. I have never had a storage unit quite as nice as this. Not to mention, this is downtown and super convenient for me.
This this is the best storage I ever had and believe me I have had a few the females are very professional the place is very clean and secure I could go there with this dark before 10:00 p.m. and I feel safe thank you Tulsa downtown storage and the team .... Sincerely Mrs .Martinez
Tulsa Downtown Storage has been great in my relocation process. Staff is great, facility is great, storage fees are fair. No complaints here.
The staff is super nice and helpful. I would give 5 stars but there were several times that we were unable to get to our unit due to power outage, frozen pipes and the fire Marshall not letting people in
