I cannot recommend this location enough!!!! I am from out of state and needed a storage unit for my son's college dorm supplies- Elliott has been FANTASTIC in helping us set this up and get packages sent to the unit. Not only has he gone above and beyond- he is very friendly, accommodating and kind! We will absolutely be using this location for the next four years and will recommend to other UF families. Thank you Elliott for making an extremely stressful time a lot easier!
Went to Extra Space to consolidate storage options and was fortunate to meet Stewart. Top notch individual who helped me tailor our storage requirements while offering competitive pricing. Very fortunate to meet such a talented and caring employee. Experience and service was exceptional.
Stewart was amazing! He was very kind, helpful, and even walked me all the way to my until to ensure everything worked well. The facility is very clean, and brand new. My only issue was that the elevator is not functional if it’s not during office hours.
Kaneeshea and Elliot have been SO wonderful and made the process of booking my storage space so smooth. As a student, student housing needs this two week period to clean the apartment before you move in, so because of this, I have to go back home a hour and a half away during this time. I needed a 5x5 unit to fit my things as I will not be packing my sedan and making multiple trips lol. Wow! I had a great experience renting a 5x5 unit! Elliot and Kaneeshea were so helpful when showing me possible units and went out of their way to make sure I got the unit I wanted by the date I wanted to move in!
