The reservation process online was simple. Communication was great, received text message/email promptly and the CS agent at the location reached out to welcome me. Very polite and professional. I went to the location and Tavis was wonderful. He showed me where my unit was and assisted me with ensuring there was parking to offload my items. The storage place is clean, well-lit and secure. Very satisfied with the experience overall.
