The facility itself has been fine, but it recently sold to ESS and now they have raised rates very aggressively. 50% for our unit. Buyer beware.

Renter beware!! Cockroaches and Rats are in my unit. I have been at this facility since June of this year, using this space for my Vintage business. Last week I found a 3" dead cockroach in my unit and advised the on site manager. Even she was surprised at how big it was. She advised I spray all the edges of my unit with bug spray. I moved all my containers to sweep and spray the cockroach poison. After sweeping I found at least #20 pieces of rat poo. I am moving out, but first I have to have my own Pest control person spray... read more
