I used Shadelands Storage when I had to park my belongings somewhere when I remodeled my condo. They have lots of units in various sizes - some indoors and some outdoors. Indoors means the units are housed in a building, so another layer of protection to keep the contents clean. Outdoors means the slide-up door to the unit faces the elements, and dirt can seep in. Fair pricing, facilities are spotless and well organized. “Free” truck for moving (there’s a small admin fee :). David at the front desk was outstanding and the main reason we picked this storage service - super friendly, patient and great communication.
This storage facility was well maintained for the 5 months that I rented my unit. Guillermo, the manager, was very easy to work with and was accommodating. If I need storage in the future, Shadelands Self Storage will be my first choice!
Guillermo was very helpful in setting us up for a 10x20 unit. Showed us different sizes to help make a decision.
Shadelands is an excellent storage facility! I highly recommend this business! It’s clean, safe and rodent free. Barbara and Guillermo are great to deal with. My realtor recommended them and I have been very happy. There are cheaper places but not as clean or as safe!
