My experience w/Extra Space has been nothing short of phenomenal! It started on this past Sunday w/Brian who took my reservation for my unit. He was patient, precise, and thorough. I had to mk a change to my move in date (today) and the gentleman I spoke with (can't remember his name) changed it with no hesitation and quickly! Lastly to add the cherry on top. Extra Space Storage is clean, secure, and super easy to access and use. During my time there, all the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the process of renting my unit! I felt confident my items were safe, and I really appreciated the climate-controlled units. Highly recommend!!!
