Extra Space used to offer customers the ability to prepay for an unlimited number of months in order to lock in the actual advertised rate. Now they only allow this for 6 months. They advertise unsustainably low rates and then just Jack your price up considerably after you've moved all your stuff in. Really scammy bait and switch business practices, beware your prices will skyrocket!
Brian was amazing and helped me find my unit as I was first moving in. He was very personable and kind. He showed me around and explained how all of the amenities work. Would highly recommend!
I am a current customer at the 401 W. Golf Road, Arlington Heights, IL location. Brian, Assistant Store Manager was extremely accommodating and kind. He helped me change my unit size effortlessly and efficiently. These days it is rare to find a store manager who is more than willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you, Brian!!!
