Harley was outstanding. In the middle of a stressful move, she went above and beyond to help us secure storage quickly and made sure the unit worked for our needs. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us get through this tough moment. Her ability to stay calm, kind, and accommodating turned the experience around for us. Thanks to Harley, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Extra Space to anyone, and I know where I’ll go if I ever need storage again.
I recently secured a unit and the employees were super accommodating. I came to tour several units to see what would work best and the employees was very patient in answering my questions and taking me to different units. I was securing the unit for a non profit I work for. I came back after about a week once I got the approval and the employees even remembered me and also what needs I had to be able to access after hours! This is a new facility in the area and I highly recommend!
I came into Extra Storage today with a huge chip on my shoulder because of a recent experience with another storage facility. Harley just sat and listened to my rabt and answered every question and concern that I had. Harley was very informative and helpful as she gave us several options for units. She was patient with us until we were able to hone in on our needs. Thank you Harley and sorry for my rant.😊
We are in the middle of a very big move, and to say we were stressed would be an understatement. Things were not going as planned, and then Harley absolutely saved the day. Harley, the manager there is so friendly. She was also very helpful. We have been struggling to find a good place to use and after going in there, it will be the only place I use.
