Very nice experience. I came inside to get some information on possibly renting a unit. (I will, once I get my next check). The gentleman inside, Jeff, is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and polite. He is very easy to talk to. I give this Extra Space Storage facility 5 stars
We’ve been working with North Trinity Self Storage for several years, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing! Pam has been especially wonderful in helping The Great Pack 7 with all of our storage needs—from Rummage Sale collections to Popcorn Fundraisers and our Blue & Gold Silent Auction supplies. Their support has truly helped our Pack thrive. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for dependable and friendly service!
Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they're from the previous ownership. This company took over North Trinity Storage and got their 5 star reviews.My company has maintained a storage unit at North Trinity Storage for years, we're leaving. Extra Space did not give any notice, they didn't transfer autopayment information, I showed up a week after they took over to pull some inventory and found a separate lock on our unit. I needed some extra space and was directed to this facility. I was met by Pam the manager. To say that it was wonderful experience is an understatement. The rental agreement is user friendly and very accommodating. I was shown where my storage unit was located and how the doors operated. The storage unit is extremely clean and climate controlled. If you are looking for a clean climate controlled storage unit with excellent customer service and rentals, look no further.
North Trinity Self Storage was so easy to work with! We’ve had a storage unit for the past four years and while living overseas. Pam and the team were always available and very responsive. I recently moved out and wish I had checked with Pam for her recommendation for movers! I would recommend North Trinity Self Storage over and over again.
