Do not go to this facility. It used to be really crappy when it was under previous management because the elevator was always breaking down. The doors were always broken and they were no carts. Then ExtraSpace came in. They cleaned it up. They brought in carts. However, then they covered up all the electrical outlets and I do work. It's a hobby. I'm working on vintage furniture and that's why I had a unit right by the outlet sometimes I need to use the outlet less than once a month and it doesn't take much power anyway. They... read more

I was contacted by someone after writing a negative review and told I'd be called the next day (Saturday) by the storage site manager. It's Tuesday 1/6 and still no call. I still haven't been contacted by the insurance company. If anyone reads this who's thinking about using this storage location, DONT DO IT!!
