We have been preparing for a big move and I panicked and ordered a storage unit. In the end we didn’t need the facility but the people at Extra storage were so helpful and made renting the unit so easy. I spoke on the phone with Shyton Gilbreath, who was the person at the actual facility, and he was extremely helpful and very professional. Even though we didn’t actually use the unit, we are grateful to them for being a safety net and helping us when we did (then didn’t) need them!

Shyton was very informative and helpful. He gave me a showing of the storage units to see what size would work best for me. The facility is clean and well maintained. Definitely will be here for a while! I love that it is temperature control to keep my valuables safe.

Mr. Gilbert seems to be a great guy. From the time I’ve known that someone else was in control he has been on top of it. He made sure my storage was locked up and secured. I really appreciate it.
