I love this storage company. If you need help with anything, Stephen, the manager, jumps right into action. He is so kind and helpful. You don’t get great service like this everywhere so my husband and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend using them for your storage needs.
Since Extra Space Storage took over our previous storage company, the experience has been nothing but positive. The property is now run by a great team, and Stephen, the property manager, has been especially helpful and accommodating. He even took the time to walk us through the new app that controls the gate, making it super easy to get in and out of the property. Using extra space storage for work and the location is beautifully redone/ aesthetically pleasing. I feel very safe at this location and Stephen the location manager has been amazing and such a delight. Always available and willing to help however and whenever he can.
I was already in the facility when Extra Space Storage took over. I didn’t think a change like this would matter at a storage unit but it has! My experience has improved greatly. I look forward to going up there and chatting with Stephen. He’s always so kind and helpful. Thank you!
