They could have notified new customers that there was a buyout and there would be trouble getting into the units because now I don’t have access to my unit nobody can tell me anything and I’m supposed to be leaving town. Now I have to wait an extra day or two put off all of my plans, spend money on hotels just so I can put my stuff in storage. This is retarded. Edit: despite my claim that I would not store with them again, my roommates decided that this was the company they wanted to go with because of the 3 month half off deal. We stored at the other location in Nichols Hills and you’ll never guess but our storage unit has been broken into not once, but TWICE since APRIL. This place has mice and the insurance doesn’t cover it. I had all of my thing ruined by the time I came back to this state and they didn’t compensate for all the damage. Now they want me to pay more. I advise not to store here unless you like mice feces infused with your belongings.

If you are looking for a long term storage facility, I'm sure this place is great. But I needed storage for 2 weeks and saw advertising for first month half off. I was in a rush and didn't READ THE FINE PRINT. I got half off for only the last week of the month and then charged for a full extra month (not prorated). Zero help or understanding from management. I've had my belongings stored with Storij for a few years now and they have been amazing since day 1! They are so kind and so easy to work with!! Very secure location, they have cameras everywhere, and as a woman I always felt safe being there to get into my unit at all hours! I'm also a sucker for anything colorful so I loved the unit color coding!!! 10/10 would recommend!!
