Stephen was awesome! I’ve been with extra storage space at this location for six months and have nothing but great things to say. He has excellent customer service and always answers any questions or concerns I have! Highly recommend this location based on customer d service and cleanliness!

Since Extra Space Storage took over our previous storage company, the experience has been nothing but positive. The property is now run by a great team, and Stephen, the property manager, has been especially helpful and accommodating. He even took the time to walk us through the new app that controls the gate, making it super easy to get in and out of the property. At work, we use Extra Space Storage at NW 64th & Shartel. We recently ran into a snag when we had employee turnover. Stephen fixed out account and made the paperwork a breeze! He was great to work with!
