Since Extra Space Storage took over our previous storage company, the experience has been nothing but positive. He even took the time to walk us through the new app that controls the gate, making it super easy to get in and out of the property. They could have notified new customers that there was a buyout and there would be trouble getting into the units because now I don’t have access to my unit nobody can tell me anything and I’m supposed to be leaving town. Now I have to wait an extra day or two put off all of my plans, spend money on hotels just so I can put my stuff in storage. This is retarded. The new management at this location is wonderful! Helped resolve some account issues I was having right away. It’s a great facility and now it has equally great management.
