I absolutely will recommend climate control storage to anyone. My experience with these guys have been awesome. Amazing They went beyond in the help I needed it if I could give this storage unit a 10 star review I would, but I only can give him a five star, but they deserve so much more. They’re awesome thanks guys for all your help and all your support.
I spoke with Lawrence and he was very helpful, answered all my questions was more than patient with myself and two very busy grandchildren. Lawrence showed great customer service 👏 👌 I would gladly rent again in the future and refer friends and family.
We loved Discovery! We utilized their space for a few months between moves and had nothing but a pleasant experience. I will definitely come back to Discovery for future storage needs. Beautiful clean facility, friendly staff (especially Keli, the store manager), and great hours.
My husband and I met Lawrence yesterday, and he was awesome to work with. He explained everything in detail, helped me download the new app, and he walked me through the process. This included going with us through the doors, elevator, to our storage unit, and back to our vehicle. His assistance was very much appreciated. He did all of this with a friendly smile, and we laughed & joked together. I wish he would have more hours at the Sun Prairie location.
They are the best place for storage. They are clean they are highly respectable to your needs. I recommend anyone to use their storage! They were angels in time of need! 5 stars are not enough… more like 10+ 😃
