Extra Space Sun Prairie is Awesome! I’m in the process of moving to Wisconsin from Chicago and this location is the best extra space I’ve used so far. This my third account! First, let me mention the excellent customer care that the local management team provides. I met with Site Manager “Jack”. Jack was very friendly, articulate with answering my questions, and generous with this time. Jack was awesome today! He helped us with our initial move in, and helped us rent a second unit to accommodate all our items. He made the experience quick and easy ! So appreciate his helpful friendly manner and quick solution. Extra Space storage is extremely clean, well lit and well maintained. The whole experience has been smooth and stress free!!
Good experience. Called the main number and the person assisting me was very helpful. Wanted to actually visit the unit prior to committing, and the person working at the unit was extremely nice and helpful! Even took us around to make sure we understood how to use the app. (Sorry I can’t remember his name but he was wonderful!). We called around 1 pm. Hi Tech and climate controlled! Very clean storage unit. You pay a little more but you get a very well maintained facility with everything you need for moving including tape, boxes, bubble wrap etc. (not free) but it’s their for you incase you run out at the last minute. (Very convenient). Manager is on site 7 days a week for you! This is one of the best storage units I’ve seen! It’s worth every penny.
My experience was excellent! Jack was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I left feeling confident I chose the right location to store my belongings. I highly recommended this facility for anyone in the area. 10 stars!!!
