Had the best experience with renting a storage at this facility! Lawrence (i hope I'm getting that name right), was amazing from the moment i walked in, and super helpful! This unit makes storing stuff easy! 😊
As a storage facility it works just fine until you try to end the contract. Then they get shady. I emailed my written notice, then called to give them the notice that this was my last month. She replied with per my contract I needed to give 15 days notice and I'd only given 13, so I'd have to pay for June. I said ok well can you please downsize the unit size so I dont have to pay $170 for a unit that will be sitting empty. 1st she said no she can't do that since I wouldn't be using the unit, but she could send the move out c... read more

Discovery Storage is clean, secure and convenient! The mobile app is great and helps to lock/unlock doors and bay areas! The warm bay is great for loading and unloading. The bay is big, allows for multiple vehicles at a time and fits oversized vehicles too. Hi! I just went there to store some of my college things and I really didn’t feel the need to right a review. However I want to. I had the sweetest lady help me and explain to me the whole process as well as show me around. Also helped me figure out any issues or questions I had! It was a great experience and incredibly easy!! I hope she sees this message and knows she does a fantastic job of explaining things in a thorough yet insightful way!!
