Staff members were very helpful and polite. They gave me a tour of the units I might've been interested and explained the contract agreement thoroughly. Extra Space was very well lit and security cameras were plentiful. Also very close to my warehouse (1/2 mile) was the huge convenience. Definitely will recommend them.
Lovely experience, front desk Vivian was the sweetest and so helpful. She set me up with my storage unit and gate code. She made sure the code worked for me. Her patience was amazing.

Absolutely great and refreshing service. They reached out to me after I made the reservation and helped me get all setup. Excellent service by Vivian over the phone, talking with real nice people I think is the way to go.
