I’ve had my storage unit at this location for a couple of years now, and they’re under new management. The new store manager, Charles, is great! He is really helpful and makes it a point to contact you if there is any issue with your unit (which I appreciate because I often forget it exists😭). He is very professional and he answered all of my questions!
Ridiculously bad - Arbitrary rate raises of almost 100%, terrible customer services, refuses to work through any problems, mosquito filled facility. Avoid at all costs
The customer service is excellent but I’m giving 3 stars because for 4 days straight the server has been offline due to IT problems. So it has been difficult to get in. Very frustrating and I have to keep calling the office. Luckily Alonszo and Mike have been very responsive and helpful.

Rating this business 4 stars is a collective rating based on a number of factors. Factor #1- Customer Service 5 ⭐'s: Darnell who was the manger at this location for a while was excellent. He definitely stayed on top of everything and was always friendly and professional. Since Darnell has left Charles, Alonzo and Aniya have definitely kept that momentum going.
