Frank and Evette are extremely helpful and kind. I came to check in after renting online, and they walked me through setting up and previewing my space. I needed to transfer to something larger, and the process was super simple.
My husband and I recently rented space at the Besly Ct. storage facility. We had just moved from out of state. Our movers were moving our belongings into a unit storage when they realized there was not enough room (--at all! like we needed 2xs as much space!!) We had to change out multiple units. I’m very pleased with the storage unit rental process and location. More importantly, the customer service from Ivette was top tier; from the initial phone call, to setting up my lease agreement, showing me around the unit, and on top of that she had the place looking and smelling amazing. She absolutely made my wife and I feel we made the best choice selecting ExtraSpace Storage.
