5-star service! I wasn’t sure what kind of storage space I needed, but Luis was a huge help. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Great facility and even better customer service. Highly recommend seeing Luis if you need a unit!
The assistant manager, Alex, was so helpful and thorough in the knowledge of the units and pricing. The storage facility is state of the art and a huge upgrade from the existing facility we're currently in. It's much cleaner and everything is digitalized for easy access. The facility is closed off to the public so security is better maintained.
Have been waiting for this Extra Space to open for a while. It's was definitely worth the wait. Alex and Antonio in the front office were super helpful with setting everything up. The facility is very modern and I can tell they made an effort to make everything more convenient and efficient.
Super convenient for KTown residents! Brand new facility. The employees are very professional and helpful. And the garage door feels like the entrance to the Bat Cave.
The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I like how secure everything is. This is my first time renting out a storage unit and it’s been good experience so far!
