Rented a unit online and move in day the unit was tagged, clean, and had the lock waiting inside. I ended up wanting a larger unit and the store manager Thomas made it seamless to transfer. The building is brand new and it was nice to have a store manager that was experienced and knew the ins and outs of the rental experience and agreements. Happy to have a painless move-in experience!

Trying to find a storage unit can be daunting (we visited 5 different sites) but Thomas made it hassle free and super easy. I appreciated the time he dedicated to addressing all our security concerns along with showing us various units that would fit our needs. His collaborative nature to work with us as it related to a PODs delivery and 3rd party movers, all working on different schedule, was much appreciated! So far so good!! Thanks Thomas for everything, I look forward to our partnership.

I recently rented a unit and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, while still being easy to access. Thomas has been incredibly helpful. He made sure I had everything I needed. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

It is a brand new location of Extra Space, very convenient. The facility is new, the staff are very kind to help. I am very glad I found it to store my stuff for a long term.
