I had a great experience at Extra Storage on Aurora Road! Shane helped me get set up with two 20x20 storage units and made the whole process super easy. He was friendly, accommodating, and really knew his stuff. The place is bright, clean, and feels very safe, which was a big deal for me. Plus, as a first-time renter, I got the first month free, which was an awesome savings for my company. If you need storage space, definitely check this place out and ask for Shane. He’ll take good care of you!
I rented a small space at the location on Aurora Rd in Melbourne. This facility is very clean and easy to access. It is well lit and has security cameras everywhere. I like that I have to use an access code for the gate and the door to the building. The extra security puts my mind at ease. Shane in the office was very helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions and his explanations of everything made sense. Thank you!!!
Rented a unit on Aurora in Melbourne FL this past week. Michael at the central call center was super helpful and provided great customer service along with Shane the location manager. All climate controlled and reasonably priced. Great experience getting a unit rented.
Great experience so far! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The space was ready for move-in when expected and every visit has made me even more confident that my things are cared for.
Great service, clean facility. Time and schedule are good too. However the intial cost seems inviting then it vanishes when we are hit with a one time 29.00 fee. Not a fan of that however the service was great so if it goes to Shane the Representative I’m happy to pay it. Poor guy has to sit in a room all alone all day. Thank yoy
