I have been storing with this company for almost 20 years now. Why? It is a clean, good smelling, organized facility ! The ease of unloading and loading is truly appreciated. I had a great experience at Extra Storage on Aurora Road! Shane helped me get set up with two 20x20 storage units and made the whole process super easy. He was friendly, accommodating, and really knew his stuff. The place is bright, clean, and feels very safe, which was a big deal for me. Plus, as a first-time renter, I got the first month free, which was an awesome savings for my company. If you need storage space, definitely check this place out and ask for Shane. Extremely Disappointed – Roof Leak Damaged Our Pianos We stored 26 pianos at Extra Space Storage (2560 Aurora Rd, Melbourne, FL) expecting a new, secure facility. Unfortunately, the roof started leaking and caused significant damage to our instruments. The staff told us the leak was due to faulty contracting, but even though the issue was clearly on their end, they refused to offer any compensation for the losses. I rented a small space at the location on Aurora Rd in Melbourne. This facility is very clean and easy to access. It is well lit and has security cameras everywhere. I like that I have to use an access code for the gate and the door to the building. The extra security puts my mind at ease. Shane in the office was very helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions and his explanations of everything made sense. Thank you!!!
Shane was very helpful in every aspect of the job. I needed a specific size with climate control and he was able to move things up to better fit my timeline. He was very kind to my mother and helpful with her as well
