Instructions were sent on how to activate and use storage and where my space would be First time I arrived a really nice young lady named Becca showed me the space. She was very courteous and helpful. It’s a very clean nice facility

I love renting from Extra Space Storage and I love the manager Becca. However I am not that impress with their newest location in Oakland Mills. I think the owners and builders did not think everything through. For example there isn't a loading dock bay doors which makes it extremely hard to move larger furniture, you have to input your code everything you are coming in and out during your move, and the front door is not large and the hand rail is in the way, and lastly the lighting is horrific inside the unit.
