The ladies are great at the Rainbow location! Ashley was patient and direct but very knowledgeable. Ashley made the does and don’ts clear. The hours are decent and I’m glad the ladies, Ashley and Susy were welcoming. I’m a talker and Ashley was very patient. She and Susie really made me feel like a valued customer.
Just rented the unit. Amazing service from Adam, very friendly and helpful. He went with me to show all the units to make sure I get the right unit for myself. Nice and clean storage facility.
