Ashley Cardenas, the store manager, was so helpful and polite. She helped me with my storage locker and info. She reviewed with me the app as well, making it easier for me to log on and to access the drive up gate. She always keeps the property clean and always says hello when I come by.
The ladies are great at the Rainbow location! Ashley was patient and direct but very knowledgeable. Ashley made the does and don’ts clear. The hours are decent and I’m glad the ladies, Ashley and Susy were welcoming. I’m a talker and Ashley was very patient. She and Susie really made me feel like a valued customer.
Ashely was amazing at helping me get set up. She was friendly and easy to deal with.
