I am a customer of Extraspace. I found out that my rate had increased by $10.00. I contacted Isabel and she advised me that a mailer was sent out to me stating the rent increase. I told her I’m on a fixed income and she went above in customer service for me. Giving me a promotional rate for 3-6 months. I was appreciative for her gesture.
The young gentleman who helped us was friendly, efficient and so helpful. The experience of getting a storage locker was seamless. I can't say how much we enjoyed speaking to the man. I apologize for not remembering his name, old age I guess.
Facility needs to be upgraded asap! Only stayed 15 days, was afraid of rain comming down into my unit ( see pictures) always have difficulty with getting in and out using their key pad!
I am very pleased with the service I have gotten from this location of extra space storage. Zack did a very good job at accommodating our needs. I highly recommend renting a space here whenever you need a storage space
Zachary was very helpful. He explained the renting process very well and overall made the experience fast and easy.
