Facility needs to be upgraded asap! Only stayed 15 days, was afraid of rain comming down into my unit ( see pictures) always have difficulty with getting in and out using their key pad!
Great service from the new management at the N. Las Vegas Blvd location. Listened patiently to my needs and clearly communicated to me what my options were over the phone. Although I have momentarily forgotten his name, he was really good in an era of bad.
The employee's were awesome. They which everything from cube smart extra space storage. Sure was nice that cube smart let everyone know there's new company taking over. Oh that's right they didn't.
Great Staff Kudos to Zack he really helped with everything. One of my items dropped into someone else's storage unit and he called the customer so I could get my item
Had a great experience getting my storage with Aaron(GM).. unlike my experience with the location on lamb and Las Vegas boulevard... There really needs to be some changes with the employees and customer service at that location!!! But Aaron was great!!!
