I am a very picky person when it comes to professionalism. I am thoroughly impressed with Anthony and Denise. Anthony, is very friendly, extremely helpful and focused on the cleanliness and rules and regulations. And Denise is very thorough and with great people skills. She greet not only potential customers but existing customers with a warm smile. Over all I'm impressed. Keep up the good work.
I am writing this for Denise. She went above and beyond in a very difficult situation. I don't think anyone would have had the patience and heart to deal with a mentally ill person. She reeled him when he was out of line, guided him through process. I have never seen someone be such a professional still take the time to deal with a very difficult person. I spoke to Anthony and a lady there most of the time. I have 2 units going as far back as 2016. Health issues and such has made life hard but they are extremely amazing and helpful as long as you communicate. I appreciate their helpfulness and kindness. The others as well who have called. They are professional , polite and courteous.
Anthony was a very good employee great customer services, fast, and hands on loved my experience here great guidance around the facility will definitely recommend and it came with a lock
