Had such a great experience here! Accidentally ordered the wrong unit and Miranda had it fixed right away for us with no problems at all. She was so friendly and made everything such a quick and easy experience for us! Definitely recommend renting units from here! :)

This particular facility changed hands very quickly and was once called Oakdale storage I was at Oakdale storage for over 15 years... The people at Extra space storage have been courteous, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for an honest and knowledgeable staff to watch over their precious items.

I’ve only been a tenant with extra space storage for a little under a month but can say so far I don’t have any complaints…..wait I take that back. Trying to find my unit made me feel like I was in the movie the labyrinth when the lady was trying to Find her baby lol j/k all jokes aside it’s clean inside and out, no funny smells, no people hanging out as I’ve seen in other storage unit places, and they offer 24/hr access which is something I’ve been having trouble finding. Miranda is absolutely amazing! Makes everything easy and pleasant for the costumers! Storage itself is the most comfortable and safe space I’ve ever experienced! So highly recommended!

The people and the process used by Extra Space Storage are great. Very easy to get started, to access the facility and to work with their great employees. If there was one thing they could do better with it would be their frequent price increases. I had two increases totalling 50% within the first year.
