The property manager Tati at Extra Space was absolutely wonderful. She helped us while we were renting a storage unit for my mom and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain the app and all of its great features, which made managing everything so easy. Truly one of the sweetest and most helpful people—highly recommend Extra Space because of her! ☺️

Tati was super helpful and friendly. It was a long day and she made getting a storage unit easy and not as dreadful as I thought it was going to be. She was very kind with my kids and as a mom that means a lot to me. I'm so glad she was there and helped me with the entire process! The building is very clean, doesn't smell and exactly what I would was looking for I would recommend extra storage space to anyone

Tati was amazing! She was with us from beginning (making reservations online/over the phone) to the end (letting us come check out the unit before purchase)! She made the process easy and simple. My husband and I are fist time storage users so we really appreciated all her help.

I went to get a storage unit during their transition period from one company to another. The staff I met Ta-Tee was so friendly, so helpful and so informative. We went to look at a unit and I was happy with it, but when it came to the price, I was surprised that it was quite a bit higher than previous quoted and again that was with the previous owners.
