I have rented storage units several times. And storage 365 in Goodyear is by far the best. Allie has been wonderful she goes out of her way to help me. And others (I have been witness to see it happen). She is always friendly and has a smile on her face. She will do whatever she can to make her customers happy. So if your moving in or moving out just talk to her. She will work with you. Trust me! Respect her, her crew and the facility and you will get the respect back. Ally is truly an amazing manager who went above and beyond to help me. I recently moved from Phoenix to Goodyear and needed a storage unit to move some of my household items. I talked to Ally over the phone towards to end of their business hours and asked her if it was too late to come to their office, do the paper work, and move in and she said, "Don't worry, I will wait for you." The service at this facility certainly matches the cleanliness of the property and units. The three individuals that I interacted with were all very polite and extremely helpful. Ally, Teresa, and Celeste all deserve standout recognition. I did not observe any insects,many debris, or any issues typically found with storage units Th pricing is controlled by corporate but this team works hard to find solutions for everyone. We would just like to give a shoutout to Theresa! She was very helpful & descriptive with everything from the beginning. She made the process quick & easy for us. We were shown the sizes of the units and how to get around to our specific one. We do recommend coming here for a storage unit. It has air conditioning, space worth the prices, & very easy access to any unit.

The property manager's stopped me from what I was doing and pulled me into the office like a little kid because of an error on their end. Ridiculous I'm a 30-year-old wife and mother.Treating me like a teenager and delinquent like I didn't pay my fees when I moved in I will not be here long. Leave me alone you can reach my by phone or email if you need anything from me. Never have I had a more unprofessional introduction to a "manager" in my entire life. Replace that woman!!
