The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The store manager *TATI* was extremely helpful, cheerful and super friendly when I rented a storage unit. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of carts, easy access to a secure storage room and the building itself well maintained. I highly recommend their excellent customer service and clean location with easy access !

Service provided by Tati was great. Made us really feel home. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, easy to approach and communicative. Made all the transactions smooth for us. Glad to faces like her in such places. Thank you very much.

I went to get a storage unit during their transition period from one company to another. The staff I met Ta-Tee was so friendly, so helpful and so informative. We went to look at a unit and I was happy with it, but when it came to the price, I was surprised that it was quite a bit higher than previous quoted and again that was with the previous owners. I've completely enjoyed my time with this storage facility. The staff have always been courteous, and kind while maintaining the upmost professionalism. They've kept me informed of any and all changes pertaining to my rental. I've recommended a friend to this facility in the past and will continue doing so in the future.

Tiffany really helped me out a great deal. I really appreciate her help in resolving a little problem that I had with the previous owner, she was able to answer all my questions, and helped me out a great deal. Very nice on the phone , and I can tell she works very well with customer service .
