Russ was amazing showing me how to access my storage unit
I had a seamless sign with Constance. Than manager, Russ, is a different story. He made it his business to throw up road blocks at every turn. I will not interact with him ever again. Just because one puts a smile on it, doesn't mean they're being nice nor friendly. I would have given 5 stars but he ruined the score. The 4 stars are for Constance, she's great, patient and willing to find exactly what you're looking for.
