As a person who has recently just moved to the Tampa area, Russ was one of the first people I met and it was overall the best experience I could ever ask for. I was able to get my lock, storage unit, and directions for getting into the space in a timely manner. On top of that, asked to help me move my stuff into the unit! Overall great person, but an even better storage manager. Very grateful to have met Russ!

Russ was very friendly and helpful every step of the way getting me set up with my unit. This is a new location and they have plenty of units! I recommend this place

Went in to see Constance, the assistant manager, about a storage unit. She was very helpful and thorough. Most importantly, she was very patients a we as we were looking at different sizes of units. The facility was also well maintained with many flatbeds carts and clean bathrooms.

I called on the phone and spoke with a rep, Nia. An absolute angel! Explained everything perfectly and very efficient (given I was at work trying to complete this). Russ is great and very personable. He followed up and let me know of everything to expect when housing my things there. Very clean grounds and facility!
