I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We had an awesome experience with Extra Space Storage! Communication was great from start to finish, and Russ was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the scheduling process. The facility itself is super nice and very clean. Really appreciate all the help from Russ along the way we’re looking forward to continuing to work with him!
Constance and Russ were very amazing with the customer service related to my storage needs. I highly recommend if you need a place for storage the Busch Boulevard location and their staff is awesome!
As a person who has recently just moved to the Tampa area, Russ was one of the first people I met and it was overall the best experience I could ever ask for. I was able to get my lock, storage unit, and directions for getting into the space in a timely manner. On top of that, asked to help me move my stuff into the unit! Overall great person, but an even better storage manager. Very grateful to have met Russ!
I had a smooth understanding and process here on my visit to get a storage. Ms. Uniquekwa Burrowes was amazing, she helped me open locker showed me all the billing perfectly for me to understand. I can’t do nothing but say how great my customer service was by her.
