My experience at Extra Space on Busch Blvd and 48th Street was satisfactory. First, I met Ms. Constance, who gave me information about what I was looking for and gave me a tour of the space, showing me the sizes of the storage units. The place is new, clean, and bright. Afterward, I returned to schedule a service and was also very kindly assisted by Mr. Russ. I finalized details and closed the deal. The website is easy and quick to navigate.
I had a seamless sign with Constance. Than manager, Russ, is a different story. He made it his business to throw up road blocks at every turn. I will not interact with him ever again. Just because one puts a smile on it, doesn't mean they're being nice nor friendly. I would have given 5 stars but he ruined the score. The 4 stars are for Constance, she's great, patient and willing to find exactly what you're looking for.
It was our first time using any storage unit and Russ the property manager was super helpful and went out of his way to help us out. Great experience so far!
Russell was Very helpful made sure that we were good and had everything we needed everything went smoothly without a hiccup
