Great storage unit! Reserved on line and just went in to let them know I was taking over the unit. The woman that helped me was great, friendly and helpful. No hassles. Very clean! Able to drive right in to the elevator and they had Dollie’s for easy loading. Super easy and conveniently located!
Highly recommend. The facility is brand new and modern in every way! Staff on site are professional, pleasant, and super helpful. Our small HOA had lots of questions and needed time to formalize our application - they were patient and accommodating, responsive and easy to work with.
April was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and help me select the best unit for my needs. The facility itself is super clean, feels well secured and it's location is great. I would highly recommend it!! Thanks April for all your help!
Insanely easy to get same day rental and they were awesome enough to walk me around and show me a few of the units as options. Their locks are okay but I bought an additional upgrade on Amazon for additional security. I didn't get a chance to ask them if they had any upgrade lock options but they might! Overall, my experience was swift and friendly. 10/10 recommend. :)
Walked in and scored a great deal on a 5x10 space. The facility is brand new and squeaky clean. I love how you can pull your car into the bay and unload stuff, using your phone's Bluetooth as a keyfob to gain access. The woman working there (I didn't get her name) was super nice and helpful. 5*
