I’ve had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. The move-in process was simple, and everything has been smooth and stress-free. Kelly, the Assistant Manager, is fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and truly on top of everything. Awesome facility! It’s really clean, and my kids love to come so they can ride the elevator! Plus, there is an actual person on site to help. I know that sounds weird, but we attempted to rent a space at a competitor and both times we tried to move in there was no one in sight. I can definitely recommend extra space storage!
Great registration experience, Jennifer explained everything well and efficiently. The facility is nice and clean. I feel safe walking around in the unit. Looking forward to a long-term partnership.
Cleanest storage facility I’ve ever used! It’s all indoors and brand new. Jennifer showed me where to find my unit and the nearest entry/exit. I prepaid for my unit but after seeing it in person, I actually needed a smaller unit. She was able to accommodate my request with no problem! Could not ask for a better experience! Highly recommended
