I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tim at Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern. I had signed up for a month-to-month rental of a 10x10 unit, but after realizing the unit didn’t include climate control—and since I needed to store valuable electronic equipment—I knew it wouldn’t work for my needs. Renters be ware. I have only had my things stored for 2 or 3 months and just got a notice that my rate will be doubled by the next payment. Absolutely ridiculous. Storage is for convenience not aggravation and hassle. I will be moved out before this doubled rent hits!! What a horrible thing to do to a single mother. They should be ashamed. I will never rent from them again.
Had a storage unit here for many years never had a problem. Everyone was always helpful and with the new company Tim was always very helpful and a gentleman to deal with! I would recommend this location.

Very good experience. I don’t know if he was the manager or the owner but very knowledgeable. Treated me with respect and didn’t try to sell me a bigger unit. He’s name is Tim.
