Clean facilities customer service rep was amazing & nice super friendly. They called every other day to make sure everything was okay did I need anything made sure the unit was big enough & affordable. They were so much help
They have been so helpful since becoming the new management. The old group did not let us know that they were leaving. The auto payments got mess us, and the new people were very helpful. Also there now are more carts helping more people move their things at the same time, and there is toilet paper in the bathroom 🧻 THANK YOU!
In the almost 3 years I’ve been at this location, I’ve never had a problem. All of my belongings were safely secured and never damaged.
Not enough carts no hand trucks dollies. No toilet paper in restroom or soap... the girl at front desk can not give me a receipt for new lock not opened package $21.99 I said just write me a receipt on paper and sign it.. Un educated about money..she was nice however I'm not happy handing a never used $21.99 lock and asked her take it out of the drawer. I will wait for a receipt from someone else. Otherwise I like unit. 2 carts? Not good
Everything has been great since the switch from Cube to Extra Space! Please do not change again or I will boycott!! LeighAnn is amazing.
