RecommendedCustomer service at the Reems and Wadell rd location is outstanding. The manager took care of me when I didnt lock my unit properly. She secured it contacted me and walked me through how to properly secure it over the phone. Not only is the staff amazong but the facility is very clean and has carts available for you to move your items in and out of your unit. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
