Easy access with updated cell phone app access to the building and your unit. I really loved not having to have a lock and key to get into my unit. RecommendedCustomer service at the Reems and Wadell Rd location is outstanding. The manager took care of me when I didn't lock my unit properly. She secured it, contacted me, and walked me through how to secure it properly over the phone. Not only is the staff amazing, but the facility is very clean and has carts available for you to move your items in and out of your unit. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
