Outstanding storage facility and the Manager, Mike, is awesome! This building just opened in December, 2025, so it’s new, super-clean, with good lighting, air-conditioning and great promotional pricing! There are lots of push-cart dollies to use when loading or unloading, and huge elevators for easy transport to the 2nd and 3rd floor units. There’s even a nice washroom on the main floor. Michael was wonderful. He made my check in experience very pleasant. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and secure in his facility. He comes around and checks to see if you’re ok and if there is anything you may need. In today’s world there’s not a lot of people that give you a 100%. But Michael gives 110% to everyone that comes in and out. That so refreshing to know that there are people that still care and make you feel that customer service is of the up most importance. Clean, brand new, easy load in, friendly manager! Very happy with my new first floor unit. It's people that make the difference. Manager leaves the door open when you are coming and going and gives you a bottle of cold water. It's nice to be appreciated as a customer.
I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage from the start! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, he patiently answered all my questions, guided me through my options, and made the rental process and unloading seamless. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!
Mike is amazing. I love his personality and he does a great job making the guest feel safe. I loved when he had the donuts on Saturday. Such a nice touch and kind soul!
