I'm genuinely scared to even go to my storage unit because of the way Jimmy treats me at this Extra Space Storage location. Every time I'm there, he approaches me aggressively, questions me about why I'm there and what I'm doing, and acts like I don't belong -- even though I'm a paying customer with all my information already in their system.
