Very convenient and the lady that works the front desk was very helpful and kind. Clean and secure and reasonably priced.

When it was called in town storage it was good But when they switch over to this company the Blk lady in the front was not helpful or the white guy whit the ponytail. They literally put my storage up for auction over $20 Terrible. The part that piss me off more is that they knew I was traveling a lot out of state and I kept communication, they cut my lock went thru my stuff, kept it unlock no telling who else went in. 21st and Peoria raised the rent a whole $20 for Feb rent. Rent paid January, stayed 5 days asked them to consider refunding some of rent. Nope. Greedy place I don't recommend it. I tell everyone I can. Cheaper places out here. I'm happy with new storage elsewhere. I explained my bad experience with extra greedy storage space.
